How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season (October to March). Popular dates fill up quickly, so early booking ensures availability.
What is the payment process?
We require a 50% advance payment (non-refundable) to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the last day of your event.
How long does it take to receive the final deliverables?
Edited photographs and cinematic videos are delivered within 30 working days after the event.
Who selects the photos for printing?
The client selects the photos they want printed. We provide the full edited gallery and you choose your favourites for print deliverables.
Do you travel outside Sunamganj City?
Yes! We cover events across all of Bangladesh. For locations outside Sunamganj City, a transport surcharge of 25% applies. For international/destination weddings, travel and accommodation costs are discussed separately during the booking process.
